Camp Wilmot Site Rentals Covid Guidance

As per the Governor's Stay at Home 2.0 Order, Camp Wilmot will continue to operate with new, modified guidance. Until May 31st, only New Hampshire residents will be allowed to rent our cabins. However, we are hoping this will change and are taking bookings for June and July from out of state visitors. We will update our renters as guidance changes.

Cabins will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after use.
Tent and RV options are available.
There is a maximum limit of 10 people in common social spaces eg dining hall or barn. Those who are not from the same household must maintain a distance of 6 ft.
Face masks should be worn in public gathering spaces.
The playground will remain closed until further notice as state guidance changes.
Public restrooms will be frequently cleaned and disinfected, especially high-touch surfaces. It would be preferable if families can use their cabin facilities as much as possible.
It is important that all dishes are washed and disinfected along with kitchen surfaces after use.
Families will be allocated a fridge to store their own food separate to other users.
On arrival you will be asked if anyone in your group is sick or not feeling well based on the screening guidance outlined in the Universal Guidelines for All New Hampshire Employers and Employees. If so, we must refuse service to the entire group. We will provide a refund in this situation.
Groups should either pay in advance (preferable) or via check which can be left in the box on the office door.
When checking in, you will be provided with information about the need for social distancing, frequent hand hygiene/washing, cloth face covering use when in public places.
When checking in you will be able to select your preferred kitchen times to ensure that groups are not using facilities at the same time. We have set up three cooking stations and do not anticipate problems with this.
Bundles of wood will be available to purchase for $5 a bundle.
Each cabin will have a firepit that is assigned for personal use throughout your stay. (Extra firepits have been added beside waterfront cabins).
