About our Site

Camp Wilmot is located in New Hampshire and has over 200 acres of beautiful woodlands, including an 11 acre lake. There is a sandy waterfront area which is equipped with swimming docks as well as both canoes and kayaks. There is a large sports field, hiking trails and various firepits around the site. There are 12 cabins (each with their own bathroom and shower). The original barn is a rustic space for fires or group gatherings. The farmhouse has bedrooms, kitchen and the dining hall. The dining hall has space for up to 100 people.

During the winter our site can be used for cross country skiing, snow shoeing and ice skating as well as the very popular activity of sledging down Vesper Hill. Most of our cabins are not winterized so during the winter we reduce the space in the dining hall and add a bunk room (sleeps 14). The upstairs of the farmhouse sleeps 13 people and can be used year-round. This gives us 27 beds in winter. Click here for information about local ski resorts.

April 1st - October 30th

Whole Site Rentals:

Whole site rentals provide a unique opportunity for guests to have the entire camp as their own. Guests enjoy access to the entire facility except those areas occupied by camp staff. All cabins, the barn, lakefront, game areas, dining room and kitchens are available for use. Guests can even stay in the upstairs farmhouse bedrooms! Great place for a family reunion that you will never forget!

Whole Site Single Night Rental: $800.00 per night (Monday Night to Thursday Night)
Whole Site Single Night Rental: $900.00 per night (Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night)

Additional charge of $50 per night for groups of 100+ people

Non-Whole Site Overnight Rentals

Non-whole site rentals allow guest to enjoy Camp Wilmot alongside other guests. All guests will have access to all recreational facilities, the kitchen and dining hall. Staff will work to ensure all guests enjoy mutual access to all camp facilities.

Single Cabin* Rentals: $150.00 per night per cabin
Upstairs Farmhouse Bedroom: $120 per night per bedroom or $300 for all 4 bedrooms (shared use of kitchen and dining hall)
Tent Site Rental: $40.00 per night. Includes access to shower and bathroom facilities. Kitchen access is an additional $10.00 per night.

Single Cabins - Waterfront cabins sleep 10. Hideaway sleeps 20 and counts as 2 cabins (rental includes use of common space joining cabins). White Birch has a double bed and common room (sleeps 2). Asper Inn has a common room and 2 small bedrooms with 2 beds. All cabins include their own shower and toilet.

Day Use Rentals

When available, the common and recreation areas of the camp may be available for day use. This is based upon availability and the number of overnight guest rentals at the requested time.

Whole Site Single Day Use Rental: $500.00 daily (No overnight stays, only common areas to include Kitchen, dining hall and recreation areas will be available for use. Renters will be the only guests on site, but this is subject to no other overnight rentals at the requested time.)
Day Use Fee (Non-Whole Site): $10.00 per person, minimum fee $100.00 per group. (Access to recreation areas only. Firepits and picnic tables available for use. No access to kitchen or dining hall.)

November 1 – March 31

During the winter months, our farmhouse is available for rent. Enjoy sledding down Vesper Hill, sitting by the fire in the barn or just enjoying a place to crash after a long day skiing at a local mountain. The prices below are per night. They allow you to rent the whole site and exclusive use of facilities.

$150 for 1-5 people
$250 for 6-15 people
$350 for groups of 15+

Once you have received confirmation of availability, you will be asked to send a deposit of 10% of your total rental cost or $100 (whichever is greater). Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.

The remainder of your balance will be due a minimum of 2 weeks before your visit.
