Registration for Summer 2024

Middle Weekend

Due to staffing shortages and to encourage all campers and staff to rest in between weeks of camp, we will not be having a middle weekend this summer. Campers will go home Saturday morning, and if they are coming for the next week, they will come back Sunday afternoon during the check-in time. For families with a longer commute, you have the option to rent a cabin for the night. There will be access to both the kitchen and washer/dryer at designated times, but laundry and meals will be the families' responsibility.

Campers

To register your camper (ages 8-17), please use the form below.

2024 Camp Wilmot Summer Camper Registration Form

Payments can be sent directly to Camp Wilmot by mail or through the registration link provided.

- Early Bird Discount (EARLYBIRD): $50 off if registered by April 1st!

- Family Discount (FAMILY): If sending 2 or more from same family, $50 off per camper per week

CITs

Campers who have completed 9th grade or are at least 15 years old are eligible to apply to be a CIT (see application for role description). Please fill out the application below.

CIT Application

Once you have submitted the application and been accepted as a CIT by the Camp Directors, you can fill out the Camper Registration form above.

Junior Counselors/Counselors

Junior Counselors must have completed 11th grade or be at least 17 years old and counselors must have completed 12th grade or be at least 18 years old to apply (see application for role description). Please fill out the application below.

Counselor Application

Once you have submitted the application and been accepted as a Junior Counselor/Counselor by the Camp Directors, you can fill out the Staff Registration form below.
